SUMMARY:Qualifizierungsangebot im Themenfeld Verschwörungsideologien | Leipzig
DESCRIPTION:Summer School im Themenfeld Verschwörungsdenken und Demokratiegefährdung für hauptamtliche Mitarbeiter*innen in Beratungsstellen sowie Kirchgemeinden in Sachsen \nGemeinsam mit dem Demokratiezentrum Sachsen setzt die Amadeu Antonio Stiftung dieses Jahr zum zweiten Mal ein Fortbildungsangebot für Mitarbeiter*innen der Sozialen Arbeit sowie kirchlicher Einrichtungen zu den Themen Verschwörungsdenken und Demokratiegefährdung um. \nZiel des Angebots ist es\, die Berater*innen\, Sozialarbeiter*innen und Pädagog*innen darin zu unterstützen\, mit subtilem oder konfrontativ geäußertem Verschwörungsglauben in ihrer alltäglichen Arbeit umzugehen. In einer viertägigen Summer School arbeiten die Teilnehmenden intensiv in der Gruppe und mit geladenen Expert*innen zusammen. Es wird einerseits Grundlagenwissen zum Phänomen der Verschwörungsideologien sowie zu den sozialpsychologischen Hintergründen vermittelt. Außerdem entwickeln die Teilnehmenden praktische Handlungsstrategien und erproben diese an Fallbeispielen aus der Praxis. \nBegleitet wird die Summer School von Angeboten zur Vertiefung der Inhalte. SUMMARY:Discussion Training: Deconstructing Anti-Democratic and Anti-Ukrainian Myths | Chemnitz
DESCRIPTION:From August 30 to September 1\, 2024\, CRISP offers a discussion training to deconstruct anti-democratic and anti-Ukrainian myths. Join us! All costs are covered. \n\nLet’s come together and prepare for complex dialogues of various kinds. We have analyzed anti-Ukrainian narratives in Germany and developed a training program that aims to enable participants to engage in complex conversations about topics related to Ukraine and democracy. After the training\, we plan to implement a series of dialogues with the newly trained discussants at everyday locations in Chemnitz and Zwickau and expand the network of discussants in Saxony in the future. The goal: to contribute to strengthening democratic forces in Germany. \nKey Information \n2.5-day training for future discussants: Friday\, August 30\, 3:00 PM – Sunday\, September 1\, 2024\, 3:00 PM (Location: to be announced\, but in or near Chemnitz)\nCosts: The training is free\, and thanks to BAMF funding\, accommodation\, meals\, and travel expenses are covered.\nWhat you will learn: Deconstruction and response to anti-Ukrainian myths\, conducting topic-related interviews. \nWe are looking for committed democrats with basic knowledge of nonviolent communication and the willingness to engage in or moderate dialogues with potentially dissenting individuals in everyday locations such as cafés\, pubs\, community gardens\, marketplaces\, sports clubs\, etc. Fluent German is important as we want to engage in the most intensive exchange possible with local people.
